I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work, and I may use my work however I see fit.

Tracing, copying, or reselling my work without permission is against my rules, and if caught you WILL be blacklisted and blocked, with a post exposing the matter on my socials.

Use of my art in Block Chain, Crypto, and NFT's is not allowed. My commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner or anyone else.

Payment is due in full upfront.

With payment you confirm that you are at least 18-years-old or have the permission to purchase from me.

Payment is done through PayPal OR Cash App using USD.

A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines. Which can vary in price based on how urgent. (This can be discussed in the payment process).

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” section).

The payment must be made within 24 hours. (Exceptions may occur, and can be discussed in the payment process).

You may cancel the commission anytime, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject you want drawn.

Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process, and respond in a timely manner.

You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit my works without my permission.

Anything considered offensive or bigoted (EX: racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.),

NSFW(EX: kinks, fetishes, sexual content, etc.),

Realistic/heavy gore, or heavy detailing.

Anything in an art style that is not my own. (EX: copying a show or anime's art style.)

You are expected to have read and understood my rules and spoken with me to confirm the piece you’re looking to purchase has been accepted.

Your commission slot is only confirmed once you receive a reply from me discussing the details.

I reserve the right to make changes to your request (ex: due to artistic style) as I see fit unless otherwise discussed.

To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements.

If your commission is highly detailed in any aspect, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change a character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send must be in English. Miscommunication due to mistranslation is at fault of the client if they cannot communicate in English.

I will, after everything is processed and confirmed, send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

I will work on commissions randomly. Due to variation of difficulty and time necessary for different requests, slots may not be completed in chronological order.

I'll send you a WIP shot(with watermarks!!) after I finish each step. (Message me your preferred method of contact!)

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.

A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring stage and are covered in the commission price.

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions!!!!!

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will result in additional fees.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults, and I will fix them with no charge.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was received.

Final Render

The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

There may be slight differences between the sketch and the final render you will receive. (EX: small color changes or item placements. I will usually run this by you to make sure it's okay.)

I, as the artist, reserve the right to reject critiques about artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the artwork.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

You will NOT receive a version of the art work that does not contain my logo/signature. Asking for it to be removed will be denied. (However, asking to move it to a different location is an option).

You, as the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide or send you.

Any work you have purchased from me will not be guaranteed to be resent upon data loss or file corruption of devices.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE once you have been sent your commission.

I, as the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.

!! You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. !!

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

Profiting from the commissioned piece (resale, redistribution) is NOT allowed unless you pay the commercial price.

For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price. (This will vary depending on the artwork, and you can only purchase rights for Full Render packages!!)

Credit is required when using the work in any form commercially.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or line art.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
